NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS -CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT

If you are a resident of California, California law requires we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act effective January 1, 2020 (“CCPA”). As required by the CCPA, this policy includes a right for those California residents with a business relationship with us to make a request up to twice in a 12-month period for us to delete your personal information and/or to disclose to you the personal information about you we may collect and (1) the categories of personal information collected; (2) the sources from which the information was collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the information; (4) categories of third parties with whom we share the information; and (5) the specific pieces of personal information we collect about you. We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information. If we were to sell your personal information, you would have the right to Opt Out of the sale of your personal information.
