Where do you ship?
DOMESTIC
We can ship anywhere in the United States charging a small flat rate on all orders.
INTERNATIONAL
We are able to ship internationally to anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, it is very expensive. We suggest that our international customers checkout our illo 5-Pack. It makes the expensive shipping price more worthwhile. *** An extra customs fee may be taken by your government or post office prior to delivery.
What kind of paper does illo Sketchbook use?
Our sketchbooks have 112 pages of 180gsm/122 lb paper. illo sketchbook pages are sewn and perfect bound. The pages are thick enough to draw on with pens and other inking media without showing on the other side to fully take advantage of every page. Although our sketchbooks can take a light watercolor wash, we do not recommend it for watercolor specifically.
Our sketchbooks are not Acid-Free
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes it is! Every order we send out can be tracked online. We provide you with a tracking number that you will receive by email once we have shipped your order. (Usually ships within 2 days)
If you did not receive a tracking number check your spam folder or reach out to us as you may have mistakenly input an incorrect email address.
What is your return Policy?
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Order Cancellations
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You are only eligible for a refund if the sketchbook hasn't been used in any way. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You can Cancel an order anytime before we have shipped your order. Once we have shipped your order we cannot cancel your order. You will have to send the sketchbook back to us and then we will refund your order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We will not give you a refund or send you a replacement for a defective sketchbook if it has been more than 30 days after your purchase and have been using your illo sketchbook. We cannot know, or assume, how you handle, or maintain your sketchbook and how that may have caused the damage.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your sketchbook is returned to us due to an error made by you when inputing your address during checkout you will be given a refund for your item(s), not for postage.

Is gray the only cover color I can get?
Yes. We wanted to launch illo sketchbook with a neutral color so that it would appeal to everyone. We thought gray was classy an elegant. Depending on customer input and consumer research we may consider adding different colors.
Do illo sketchbooks come in different sizes?
Currently we are selling illo sketchbooks in the these sizes, 4.5in x 4.5in (illo pocket), 8in x 8in (the original) and 10in X 10in (illo XL). In the future we hope to add to the collection. Providing our customers with different options is important to us
